ICELANDSCAPES

An island written in light and matter.

In Iceland, the landscape seems to be caught in the middle of becoming something else. Lava freezes into strange geometries, glaciers carve their way through the land, and rivers trace fleeting lines across vast expanses of black earth. I am drawn to these forms, to the tension between raw matter and shifting light, and to the moments when the familiar language of landscape seems to dissolve into something almost abstract. Through my lens, Iceland becomes a study of textures, contrasts, and the ever-changing dialogue between land, sky, and the elements.
